Moogsoft AIOps Implementer Training – Instructor Led Training
The AIOps Implementer Training provides an in-depth exploration of the AIOps implementation process, and shows students how to configure and run the AIOps components, including thorough use of LAMBots, MooBots, and other product components. The student will learn the entire AIOps data workflow, from event ingestion through Situation management, and will learn which components perform each task, how each component is implemented, how to configure each component, and what the main integration and extension points are throughout the workflow. Note that the Implementer role generally covers topics requiring direct access to the AIOps machine via SSH. Most UI-based administration and configuration topics are not covered in the Implementer role. These topics are covered in the Administrator training.
After completing this course, students will have the knowledge they need to begin implementing AIOps functionality or to work on an existing AIOps implementation at the code and configuration level.
*The labs in the implementer class involve console access to the lab systems via ssh. To take full advantage of all the Implementor labs you will need to have a ssh client (like putty) and be able to access the standard ssh port (port 22) on our training systems from your location. If you can not access port 22 from your location due to company firewalls you will be assigned a limited version of the labs.
The Moogsoft Instructor will not be in a position to assist in the installation of a ssh client nor will they be able to troubleshoot port 22 connectivity issues for individuals.

Moogsoft AIOps Administrator Training – Instructor Led Training
The AIOps Administrator Training provides an in-depth exploration of the AIOps administrator role, and shows students how to configure AIOps system settings, users, roles, and teams, dashboards, filtered views and integrations with 3rd party systems, all of which are accomplished directly from the AIOps user interface. The student will learn the entire AIOps data workflow, from event ingestion through Situation management, and will learn how to configure features and settings of AIOps that can be configured through the administrative options on the user interface. Self-monitoring and integrations with external tools and processes will also be covered. Note that the Administrator role does not include topics that require direct access to the machine via SSH. Non-UI customization and configuration of AIOps is covered in the Implementer training.
After completing this course, students will have the knowledge they need to administer a running AIOps deployment and they will understand the use of all AIOps system settings features available from the Admin UI.
Moogsoft AIOps Operator Training – Instructor Led Training
The AIOps Operator Training provides students with the knowledge and skills they will need to become productive users of AIOps. The course covers the entire Operator workflow with AIOps and emphasizes the use of the Situation Room to solve real problems faster. The course includes a number of hands-on labs in which students work with alerts and situations, and use the collaboration, automation, and integration features of AIOps.
After completing this course, students will have the knowledge they need to understand the basic functional architecture and features of AIOps, navigate the AIOps user interface, and work productively inside of AIOps to handle alerts and situations in collaboration with other operators or teams.
